Information about the publisher and operation of the Snapflat service.

Website and service publisher
Snapflat is operated by the legal entity identified below, which also operates Nexikos. It is responsible for the content of snapflat.nexikos.ch and the service available there.
Intellectual property
The Snapflat software, brand, interface, texts and graphics are protected; Leologic Sàrl is the holder of the rights. No reproduction or exploitation rights are granted beyond normal use of the service.
Backups
The entire website, including data, is backed up every hour and every day: at least the latest 24 hourly copies are kept on a rolling basis and daily backups for at least 15 days. Data entered since the last backup (up to one hour of activity) may be lost after an incident; to the extent permitted by law the operator is not liable for it (intent and gross negligence reserved, art. 100 CO; see article 9 of the terms).

Snapflat may contain links to third-party services (in particular Nexikos and the payment provider Stripe). The operator is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Contact, complaints and language
Questions, complaints and notices concerning the service must be sent in writing (letter or e-mail) to the operator named below. Snapflat’s legal texts are published in French, German, Italian and English; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
